Lake Monitoring

HRWC trains and assists individuals and organizations throughout the state with consistent water and lakes monitoring. We partner with the Michigan Clean Water Corps (MiCorps) for the Cooperative Lakes Monitoring Program (CLMP).

Healthy Lakes Initiative

HRWC supports local communities and residents in taking an active role in protecting lake health. In 2024, the initiative is working with shoreland property owners on Bruin, Blind, South, Joslin, and Halfmoon lakes in Washtenaw County and on Bass Lake in Livingston County.
