Knowledge Networks & Outreach

What We DoProgramsKnowledge Networks & Outreach

Listen > Learn > Connect

We're finding new ways to connect with watershed residents who live in areas that are less engaged with our projects and programs over the last decade.

Forests for Clean Water

Protecting forested land is one of the best ways to protect the Huron River and its creeks. If you own forested land in our watershed, this project is for you!

Microplastics in the Huron River

Our Catch the Plastic campaign educates the public about microplastics pollution in the Huron River and how we can address this issue by focusing on the largest contributing source at a local level.

Whole Farms for Clean Water

Our agricultural project experts work with farmers to identify specific practices that promote clean water while achieving each farmer's business goals. Participating farms also receive funding for their efforts. If you own a local farm, please check out this program.
