Addressing PFAS Contamination in the Huron

PFAS contamination in the Huron River rose sharply in 2018. This report outlines what PFAS is, why it needs be addressed, what HRWC and partners did (and are doing) to address it, and recommendations for conservation and advocacy groups to address PFAS issues in their locations. This lessons-learned and recommendations document is designed to help other groups share the word about PFAS in their communities while holding polluters and governing agencies accountable.
