Legacy Land Conservancy is celebrating 40 years! One of HRWC’s partners in identifying and protecting high quality natural areas and farmland, we’ve worked with Legacy on streambank stabilization and landowner outreach in Mill Creek, upgrading their geographic information systems and mapping capability, identification of strategic conservation priorities and conducting ecological assessments on properties of interest to the land conservancy. They are a great partner in watershed protection.
In honor of their 40th anniversary, they are hosting a “Back to the Country” 40th anniversary dinner on June 9, 6p – 10 pm.
