Thanks for all the phone calls looking for a 2011 version of our calendar!

It’s gratifying to know that you enjoy using it as much as we enjoy producing it.

Our current practice is to produce the calendar every other year instead of annually.  In 2009, we distributed over 38,000 of the 2010 calendars to residents of the watershed who care about protecting the Huron River.

We thank our community partners (Barton Hills Village, City of Ann Arbor, City of Brighton, City of Ypsilanti, Huron Charter Township, Livingston County Drain Commission, Livingston County Road Commission, Marion Township, Pittsfield Township, Putnam Township, Village of Dexter, Village of Pinckney, Washtenaw County Road Commission, Washtenaw County Water Resources Commission, Ypsilanti Township) who are committed to educating all of us about how we can prevent water pollution.

Stay tuned for a 2012 version to become available in early fall 2011.

In the meantime, check out our Take Action page for tips on how to prevent water pollution in your home. Or sign up for our email updates. Also the Oakland County Water Resources Commissioner has produced a 2011 Kids’ Clean Water Calendar, featuring kids art, that is available for FREE by order.

If your local community is not listed above and would like to participate in HRWC’s 2012 Watershed Community Calendar program, please suggest that they contact Pam Labadie, HRWC Marketing Director, (734) 769-5123 x 602.
