Here’s one to inspire you. Submitted by filmmaker Marty Stano, “Runoff Lemonade” was the winner of the 30-second public service announcement category at the 2009 festival. The judges especially appreciated Marty’s clever approach in showing that indeed everything we put into our stormdrains or on our lawns winds up in the river.
