NEW DATE! Come out and experience the Huron River at this annual free family-friendly celebration! There will be music, food, fun river-themed exhibits and children’s activities, fishing, a  working stream table, a river bug demo, river raptors, a butterfly house and an “Enviro-Challenge” with prizes. Paddle a kayak or canoe for $5, try stand-up paddleboarding or enjoy a display of handcrafted, restored and preserved small boats powered by oars, paddles, or sails. The Washtenaw County’s Parker Mill County Park will also offer tours of the historic Pioneer Grist Mill.

Ride your bike to Gallup Park and your boat rental will be free. Parking is also available across Fuller Road at Huron High School.
