Do you wonder what it means to adopt a stream? Have you ever wanted to try on a pair of waders, or check out a net used for stream monitoring? What are macro-invertebrates anyway, and what do they tell us about water quality?

HRWC will answer your questions and give your kids an up-close look at our famous Adopt-A-Stream program at Water Discover Day, a fun-filled family friendly event all about water, hosted by the Museum of Natural History in Ann Arbor!
