Water and Flow Sampling

Help us measure the water quality!
WHAT: We need your help to measure the quality of our river and streams this summer! Aside from collecting water samples, you will learn to measure stream flow and sample runoff from rain storms. You must first attend a training on the field techniques in a hands-on workshop. Then, we will form teams to based on interest and availability. No prior knowledge is necessary.
WHERE: Training: a convenient stream site TBA. Sampling sites: One or more stream sites in Livingston or Washtenaw Counties.
WHEN: TBA. End of March or early April for training, and then 2 or more hours per month April through September, depending on your availability and interest.
DEADLINE: Deadline TBA. When registration is open, a link will go from here to the registration page.
