As a member you will receive information about our river protection and conservation efforts through our quarterly newsletter the Huron River Report. You can also join our online community at Facebook, which will keep you up-to-date on important action alerts, volunteer opportunities, clean water issues, and river conservation news within our watershed via e-mail.
Donate Online with a Credit Card: You may make a contribution online by clicking here where you will be asked to choose membership level, enter your name, address, and credit card information. You may choose to receive your newsletter by e-mail. By providing your email address, you will automatically receive information about places you care about.

Join or Renew through the Mail
Monthly Giving: Our monthly giving program provides a stable flow of support for our river protection work today and for future generations. Each month, the amount you choose is charged to your credit card to save you time. You determine the amount and you can change your preference or stop at any time.
Corporate Giving: Our business and corporate partners recognize that healthy rivers and watersheds contribute to a strong business environment, support a superior quality of life and strong local economy. Matching Gifts Increase Your Giving Power: Many employers have matching gift programs that contribute the same amount as its employees. If you are interested in learning more contact your Human Resources Director.
Donate your old books, CDs, and DVDs to the Huron River Watershed Council: We will sell them over the internet. Bring your goods to HRWC offices between the hours of 9am – 5pm, weekdays. If you can’t bring your materials into the office call Margaret Smith at 734/769-5123 x 605 or at msmith@hrwc.org to make arrangements.
How to Become a Member Government: Contact our Executive Director, Laura Rubin, at 734/769-5123 x 606 or lrubin@hrwc.org to inquire about your local government becoming a member and learn about the services and programs provided by our scientific staff.
